Al: ugh.  Seriously??  Retarded stimulus plan to essentially add more to national deficit of which at some point tax payers will have to pay back eventually. 

This is equivalent to wanting new technology flat panel TV, like beautiful Sharp Aquos, not having enough money to buy in full so putting on credit card with following justification:

"me human cannot afford, but with credit card I don't have to pay now and payments don't start until 6 months from now"

 AAAANNNNNNGGGGEEERRRR!!!!!

Dan: What's the interest rate???

Al: It was fictional example - not the point. 

Dan: oh, well either way if the payments don't start for a while and you can afford the payments - DO IT!!!!

Al: NO!!!! Al trying to explain that economic stimulus plan is irrational and does not work.  Only benefit is increased tax and depreciation benefits for US companies which may directly increase profits and allow for more investments & housing rescue to help federally back super crappy mortgages that people humans cannot afford.  THAT IS IT!!

Al would not be surprised if Earth US humans use Tax Rebates to put down money for mortgage that they cannot afford!!

Dan: I still don't get why this is not a good thing!?!?!

Al: Economic issues are hurting all people but mostly working class who lives check to check. 

What is Dan going to buy with rebate?

Dan: iPhone and Zune....possibly an iDog - this robot dog that connects to your iPhone or Zune and DANCES WHEN YOU PLAY MUSIC!!  Chicks dig it.

Al: OK, who makes them?

Dan: California and Washington based Apple and Microsoft!  As their revenue goes up, more jobs created and investors make money!  BAM!!! - it works!!

Al: No!! Anywhere from 50 - 95% of the money Dan pays will go to other companies, suppliers that help make the product of which in MANY cases are foreign based therefore in the end, this plan for Tax Rebates to consumers is plan to give money to the global economy and not spur US economy. 

WE'VE TALKED ABOUT THIS!!!!

Dan: Sometime's you can be too smart..

Al: uuugggghhh.......  Al don't know what to do. 

Maybe this will explain.  Replace "collect underpants" with " Distribute Tax Rebates" and "Profits" with "Good US Economy"
